About the store
Herbal Versa operates an online store for customers in Pakistan. These terms apply to use of the website and orders accepted through it. Order-specific details shown before purchase form part of your order. If you have a question, contact us before ordering.
Ordering and availability
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Products can be ordered only where a price and an available purchase option are displayed. A listing marked as coming soon, unavailable or out of stock is not an invitation to make payment. We may contact you to verify order details or resolve a stock, address or payment issue.
Prices and payments
Product prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The checkout displays the applicable delivery charge, any taxes and the total before you submit an order. Available payment methods depend on the order and delivery address. If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we will explain it and seek your agreement before proceeding at a different price. If you do not agree, the affected order can be cancelled and any relevant payment refunded.
Order confirmation and fulfilment
An order acknowledgement records the request you submitted. Fulfilment remains subject to product availability, payment verification where applicable and confirmation of deliverable address details. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Product information and suitability
Descriptions explain the product supplied and are not a promise of a particular health outcome. Read the current product label for the complete ingredients, directions, warnings, storage instructions and expiry information. Herbal products do not replace professional medical advice or prescribed treatment. If you are unsure about suitability, ask a qualified healthcare professional before use. Packaging appearance can vary; a material change to an ordered product will be explained before supply.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Read our Delivery information and Returns & refunds policy. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Your rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are not removed by these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account login private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person’s data, submit fraudulent orders, upload unlawful content or interfere with the store’s operation. We may restrict activity reasonably believed to threaten the website or other customers.
Website content and external services
The Herbal Versa name, supplied brand assets and original website content may not be used commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services.
Responsibility and applicable law
We do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute will be dealt with under the laws and procedures that apply to the transaction in Pakistan. Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from using a consumer complaint or other remedy available under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order, together with its confirmed details. Future changes apply to later use or orders and do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
