Where we deliver

Herbal Versa serves customers in Pakistan. Delivery availability depends on your address and the courier service available for that location. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order.

Delivery charges and estimates

The delivery charge, any applicable taxes and your order total are displayed before you place an order. We do not advertise a nationwide flat rate or free delivery unless the offer is expressly shown on the website. Delivery estimates, where provided, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Processing your order

We check payment, product availability and address details before dispatch. We may contact you to confirm an order or resolve an incomplete address. A confirmation message records your order; a dispatch message confirms that it has been handed to the delivery service. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you about cancellation, an available alternative or a refund of any payment already made for that item.

Receiving your parcel

Please provide a working mobile number, house or building number, street or area and city. Keep your order confirmation until the parcel arrives. If cash on delivery is offered for your address, the amount payable is the total shown on your confirmed order. Do not pay an additional charge that was not disclosed without checking with us.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If a parcel is late, shows as delivered when you have not received it, or arrives damaged, contact customer care with your order number. Keep the outer packaging and any product labels while we investigate. Photographs can help with an investigation, but do not use a product if its seal is broken or its condition is in doubt.

Address changes and failed delivery

Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. If delivery fails, we will explain the available options and any proposed redelivery cost before arranging another attempt.

Cancellations and returns

For cancellations, incorrect items, product concerns and refunds, read our Returns & refunds policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected by this delivery information.
